Last weekend marked the grand opening of Greystone Village in Old Ottawa East. Friends, family and guests sipped champagne and enjoyed a variety of catered food while they browsed the brand new Greystone Village Presentation Centre on Main Street.
Mingling amongst the large scale model of the 26-acre masterplanned LEED-ND community and interactive touch screens showcasing features and finishes, our visitors were excited to explore Greystone’s selection of single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes nestled between the Rideau River and Rideau Canal.
The event was a great success resulting in over 60 homes sold, including more than 20 single-family homes, 20 townhomes and over 20 condos. In a matter of two days, phase one of the community was virtually sold out! We were happy to meet many new members of the community and future homeowners as we opened our doors officially Saturday to introduce this new neighbourhood set in a scenic riverfront setting.
