What is the LEED® building program?

  • An efficient heating and cooling system will reduce indoor humidity. Wall and ceiling insulation will exceed the building code.
Condo

The Terraces at Greystone Condo

  • The condo tower at Greystone Village is targeting LEED certification
  • Your condo will be energy efficient. Individual maters will let you control consumption.
  • We are planning on recycling construction and demolition waste.
  • We are using low-VOC materials, locally sources materials and materials with recycled content in them.
Tree Canada
