Greystone Village has been awarded LEED® ND v4 SILVER, the first project in Ontario to be awarded this designation. The LEED ND v4 designation holds candidate projects to the highest standards of sustainable building practices and has only been achieved to date by 8 projects in North America, 3 of which are in Canada.
